Only pickup and delivery took more time than desired.

The pump mount has 2 prongs and fit my decathlon bike pump (a bit tight) for a 120km+ country side ride (but smooth roads actually).

The ordered item reached four days beyond the committed date, and the item was lying with the logistics partner(DTDC) at Gandhinagar for almost two days. This leads to poor customer satisfaction and nil monitoring of delivery schedules of product by cyclop

I received tube and found air leakage at the bottom of valve.
Doesn’t understand how to explain this to Cyclop in order to get replacement
