First of all, thanks Cyclop for such a nice service, 5* there!
Coming on tool, it's a quality tool with smooth adjustable action, drop forged! Made in Taiwan. But, it feels a bit overpriced. The same 6" wrench is available from Taparia for 195/-. But, it's a cycling name brand and it's made in Taiwan. That's why 4* for the tool itself. It does the job pretty well!
As for Cyclop, it's customer service is great. Just a suggestion, try giving discounts. Other than that, everything's great!
