Great Bike. good packaging, no damages whatsoever. Would be nice if simple Allen key is included in the box. Anyways I'm satisfied with the delivery. Had to take the bike to my nearby bikeshop to fixed the rear gear shift delay .now it works like butter. 👌

First buy at cyclop, and they almost nailed it

Bike arrived in one fine piece, even when they were to deliver it to such a remote area, didnt really expect but they have quite a robust tracking system and very efficient logistics lineup. Need to assemble it all by yourself that maybe isnt much of an effort, no in-box tools or any accesory, but thats fine. It came with microshift derailleurs and shifters, rather than shimano as advertised that might bother some (i know they are currently facing worldwide shortage for bike components). It should have been notified on specs sheet while inviting pre-orders. Otherwise, great buy.
