This is absolutely one of the best product for your forks, it just works like magic. Use it once in a week and that's it. This product will not only increase the efficiency of the forks but will also significantly increase it's life.

I have a suspension that was not working well on small bumps and stuff, but I felt a noticeable difference after spraying this. But the difference is not that massive as one has to do proper lower leg service after every 50-60 hours of riding as recommended by Sram to get 100% out of their fork. If someone is unwilling to do regular service, they should at least get this spray to ensure that seals don't dry up quickly to get the maximum life out of the fork. Just remember to cover disc brakes while spraying this because it makes them slippery.
