Northwave Core Plus 2 Wide Shoes - Black/Silver

The Northwave Core Plus 2 road shoe has a reinforced NRG Air Carbon sole with a stiffness index of 8.0 and 5 ventilation holes for perfect ventilation. It is compatible with SPD pedals (cleats not included).

The seamless unibody construction reduces pressure points. Four inserts made of breathable mesh and additional micro-ventilation openings on the entire surface ensure optimal ventilation. The cycling shoe has an SLW2 knob with extra hook and loop fastener: the only one with gradual loosening and complete opening at the push of a button.

WIDE FIT: Northwaves Wide Fit Design has the same positive features developed for the Regular Fit. However, it has been adapted to the needs of cyclists with wider feet and gives the foot just the right amount of freedom for efficient and trouble-free pedalling.

NRG AIR CARBON SOLE:
NRG Air Carbon Reinforced is even stiffer thanks to a new mix of glass fibre reinforced and carbon reinforced nylon. Like the entire collection of street soles, this sole is equipped with the Airflow ventilation system, which ensures optimal air circulation in the shoe thanks to the openings. Compatible with SPD pedals.

S.L.W. 2: Maximum precision and ease of use. The side control button offers two functions: for step-by-step opening, simply press the button - or lift the button to open the shoe completely in an instant. The ergonomic design of the closure is adapted to the natural shape of the foot. For additional comfort with minimal height and weight. The outer elastic cover makes it easier and better to use. The special rope used makes use of the best technologies from the sailing sport and can be easily replaced in case of a fall.
