Nice Upgrade

These are a good upgrade from the basic flat pedals. I would say a mid path between the cleats and flat pedals. You get the three main benefits i.e. being attached to bike, no slips, 60-70% upward movement. This is one of the best upgrades i have done.

Pedal and cleats

The fit is not consistent. Cleats slip off the pedal very frequently since they do not lock in place. Would be ok if you only biked in your neighborhood for short distances.
